Whether you are an aspiring yoga instructor or just a yoga practitioner, we are inviting you to join us on a journey of personal and professional development in a training programme for Aerial Yoga, deepening your knowledge and a practice that bring you to the next level.
Learn the fundamental of Aerial Yoga, how to structure a comprehensive class and have the confident and skills to begin teaching. In this course, we aim to make aerial yoga accessible, safe and inclusive. Broken down to warm-up sequences, backbends, inversion and aerial sequences.
What is included in the course?
– 15 hours (Basic & Intermediate level)
– 5 hours (Self practice with guidance under Senior Yoga Teacher)
– 10 hours (Teaching Aerial Yoga to others)
– Course manual
Note: The below mentioned syllabus is full syllabus and once the entire syllabus is taught / done with field training and with completed formalities, then it means the course hours are completed already. Hours are not counted after completing every topic each time.
Most important is to complete the entire syllabus with exams, field training and with all formalities
