OBJECTIVE

Ayurveda Principle is necessary to get diagnosed for the body type. Each and every individual is different. This difference can be easily known by reading the body type in Ayurveda. This assessment is called as PRAKRUTI.The objective of this course is to let the normal know the Ayurvedic Principles of body type (Prakruti) along with the dietary supplements which can be suitable and will be useful to maintain their normal health.

Pre-requisite/ Eligibility    

O/N Level pass

1. PERIOD OF STUDY

1.1 Students should complete the course within 1 month.
1.2 10hrs of contact classes with 1 assignment topic written withreport of 1 Case Studies Observation
1.3 Report must be completed within 1month.

2. THEORY CLASS

2.1 Students should complete the course within 1months.
2.2 Topic checklist: –
1. Introduction to Ayurveda and Basic Principles of Ayurveda
2. Prakruti
3. Herbal Therapeutics
4. Herbal Home Remedies for Common Ailments

3. PRACTICAL CLASS

3.1 Student will need to sit in at least one therapy as observer for report writing (1 Case study).
3.2 Suitable therapy will be assigned by lead trainer and student will have to make time for the observation (1-2hrs session)

7. ASSIGNMENT QUESTION

7.1 You need to submit an assignment which should be of 1500-2000 words approx 5-6pages.
7.2 TOPICS OF ASSIGNMENT
7.2.1 Topics will be assigned to you on the last day of the course

8. FIELD TRAINING REPORT

8.1 Guidelines of report-
8.1.1 Each student need to observe and write 1 case or can get an assignment from trainer and must complete the assignment within a month.

● Cover page, certificate, declaration, acknowledgement, content page has to be added (templates provided).
● Font- Times new Roman
● Spacing 1.5
● Centrally aligned
8.2 Numbering of chapter should be Chapter 1, Chapter 2
• Following the chapter the sub heading should be-

8.3 Pictures and Field training and client feedback forms should be in appendix.
8.4 One printed copy and one digital copy of field training report in binder form and flash drive should be submitted.
8.5 Certification will take at least 30 days minimum to reach Union and students
