Dr. Neeraj is a highly qualified doctor with a lot of experience in her clinical practise of Yoga & Ayurveda. Being a lady doctor her main area of interest was towards the obstetrics and gynaecology. So she made herself flow towards the same area, and gained a lot of practical knowledge about the application of Yoga & Ayurveda in PREGNANCY, MENSTRUAL IssuesS & other women problems.

Dr.Neeraj is not just highly educated & experienced in clinical practise, but she is the physician who really feels the pain of her patient. This quality helps her patient to recover faster and better. She just not believes only giving complementary Management to her patient, but she believes in giving time to them, listening the problems, counselling them and then giving the required therapy.

 Dr.Neeraj holds a Bachelor in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS)*, Bangalore (a leading University for Medical Sciences), Yoga Therapy Orientation Training (YTOT) from The Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA)** and Certification in Gynaecology & Obstetrics from Central Research Institute of Medical Sciences, Mumbai (CRIMS). 

Dr.Neeraj doesnot practices always in the urban areas, but she also goes to the rural areas to extend her services. She is also an educator for the teachers of the primary school, so that the teachers can bring awareness to the small kids towards the hygiene and health.Dr.Neeraj is basically from the land of hills and mountains i.e. Jammu & Kashmir. It is known as the heaven in India, because of the pleasant weather and the pure natural herbs. She has been always in the shed of nature, so she understands the benefits of nature & natural resources.
