张娜娜国籍中国,2017年在中国开始接触瑜伽, 2019年在新加坡参加了 ,UNION YOGA AYURVEDA 的(HATHA)200⼩时联美瑜伽认 证教练培训课程,以及300⼩时⾼阶段进修课 程,全⾯课程包括:进阶阿斯汤嘎、阴瑜伽、流 瑜伽、空中瑜伽,塑造体形瑜伽教练培训,完成 500⼩时联美瑜伽认证。 娜娜⽬前在 UNION YOGA AYURVEDA 担任瑜伽培训 ⽼师,擅⻓教授YIC课程培训(哈他瑜伽),空中瑜 伽、流瑜伽、阴瑜伽、阿斯汤嘎瑜伽,以及私课定制。 娜娜主要注重的是:“⻣骼的正位 身体的塑形以及呼吸的重要性”,她善于和学员沟通,观 察学员的身体状况 以及给予引导正位体式和调整。她会以学员的身体状况为出发点,注重 学员在练习瑜伽的课程中,并专注呼吸听从⾃⼰的内⼼去感受身体的变化。瑜伽不仅是运 动,最重要是修⼼与养性。 在瑜伽修⾏的道路上,娜娜这⼀路⾛来,也曾迷茫过,焦虑过,疼痛过,但从来没有后悔 过。想放弃的时候,想想破蛹成蝶的故事。塑造⾃⼰,也许过程很疼,但你最终能收获⼀ 个更好的⾃已!相信我们为⾃⼰流过的每⼀滴汗都不会后悔!通过⾃我不断的练习,增加 学习知识,以及教课中的经验,娜娜希望把⾃⼰所学的瑜伽知识和感悟与所有学员分享并 获益,由于感恩⽼师教导并在瑜伽中受益,所以她带着责任和使命感来传承⽼师的教导, 传播传统的瑜伽本源
Zhang Nana is a Chinese national. She started contacting yoga in China in 2017 and participated in Singapore in 2019. UNION YOGA AYURVEDA’s (HATHA) 200-hour United States Yoga Certified Instructor Training Course, and 300-hour advanced training courses, full-length courses include : Advanced Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Flow Yoga, Aerial Yoga, shape-building yoga instructor training, and complete 500-hour United States Yoga certification. Nana previously worked as a yoga trainer at UNION YOGA AYURVEDA. She is good at teaching YIC course training (hatha yoga), aerial yoga, flow yoga, yin yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and customized private lessons. Nana’s main focus is: “The right position of the skeleton, the shaping of the body and the importance of breathing”. She is good at communicating with students, observing the physical condition of the students, and guiding the right position and postures and adjustments. She will take the physical condition of the students as the starting point, pay attention to the students in the course of practicing yoga, and focus on breathing and listening to the inner person to feel the changes in the body. Yoga is not only exercise, the most important thing is to cultivate and cultivate.
